Bronze Service
£150
- Full 30 point inspection & diagnostics.
- Expert filter cleansing utilising pressure wash and instant filter cleaner - Older filters may need to be replaced at an additional cost.
- All plumbing unions tightened
- Gentle shell cleanse with non-abrasive products.
- Check water chemistry and balance where necessary.
- Cover pressure wash, wipe down and conditioning.
- Inspect and tighten cover lifter (if fitted)
- Report on worn or defective components.
Silver Service
£250
- All features of the Bronze Service but includes:
- Shell sanitisation
- Existing water drained away and shell pressure washed
- Refill water
- Balance water chemistry and add water sanitiser (chlorine or bromine as requested by customer)
- All pump air locks removed
- All plumbing unions tightened.
Gold Service
£300
- All features of the Silver Service but includes:
- Internal pipework & jet flush (Biofilm Removal)
- Remove and clean headrests
- Clean jet internals (if removable)
- High pressure purge and debris removal
- Installation of new heater tube seals if current components showing signs of degradation
- All pump air locks removed
- All plumbing unions tightened
- Premium shell buff and polish
- Cover UV protection and weatherproofing.
The Winter Concierge
£250
- Biofilm eliminator and shock dose added if not draining down
- Complete system drain down & drying
- filters removed and soaked in cleanser and left to dry
- Older filters may need to be replaced and are available at an additional cost
- Full shut down and secure wrap-up of cover
- Weatherproofing care for covers and cabinetry
- Power down electrics
The Spring Revival
£225
- Full spa recommissioning and performance check
- Luxury fill with filtered water
- Bespoke chemical treatment
- Bubble line purge and system refresh
- Cleanse and polish for shell and accessories
- Refit or replace filters (at an additional cost)
Hot Tub Diagnostics & Repairs
£120 call out fee
- First 60 minutes of labour included in call out fee
- Diagnose and repair any faults
- Replace parts where necessary
- Provide video evidence of fault (if required)
- Provide consultation on repair options.

- Inspection of swim jets
- Expert filter cleansing utilising pressure wash and instant filter cleaner - Older filters may need to be replaced at an additional cost.
- Replace heater tube seals (if required)
- inspect Ozone unit and pipework (if fitted)
- Inspect and tighten cover lifters (if fitted)
- Cover pressure wash, wipe down and conditioning
- Report on worn or defective parts
Diamond Service
£400
- All features of the Platinum Service but includes:
- 1/3 of existing water drained away and shell pressure washed
- Refill water
- Balance water chemistry and add water sanitiser (chlorine or bromine as requested by customer)
- All pump air locks removed
- All plumbing unions tightened.
Swim Spa Diagnostics & Repairs
£120
- First 60 minutes of labour included in call out fee
- Diagnose and repair any faults
