The Essential Butler Service - Recommended Quarterly
£175
- Full 30 point inspection & diagnostics
- Hot Tub flush added on arrival to clean internals of Biofilm
- Expert filter cleansing utilising pressure wash and instant filter cleaner - Older filters may need to be replaced at an additional cost.
- Drain existing water and vacuum around jets
- Gentle shell cleanse with non-abrasive products
- Hot Tub is made available for client to refil and chemical balance (using own chemicals)
- Cover wipe down and conditioning

The Prestige Deep Clean - Recommended Anually

- All features of the Essential Butler Service
- Internal pipework & jet flush (Biofilm Removal)
- Remove and clean headrests
- Clean jet internals (if removable)
- High pressure purge and debris removal
- Installation of new heater tube seals where applicable
- Fresh spa water refil with pre-filtered water
- All pump air locks removed
- All plumbing unions tightened
- Premium shell buff and polish
- Cover UV protection and weatherproofing
- Full health check including electrical connections and plumbing unions.
The Winter Concierge

- Biofilm eliminator and shock dose added if not draining down
- Complete system drain down & drying
- filters removed and soaked in cleanser and left to dry
- Older filters may need to be replaced and are available at an additional cost
- Anti-freeze treatment to safeguard pipework
- Full shut down and secure wrap-up of cover
- Weatherproofing care for covers and cabinetry
- Power down electrics
The Spring Revival

- Full spa recommissioning and performance check
- Luxury fill with pre-filtered water
- Bespoke chemical treatment
- Bubble line purge and system refresh
- Cleanse and polish for shell and accessories
- Refit or replace filters (at an additional cost)
Hot Tub Diagnostics & Repairs
£120 call out fee (includes first 30 mins labour)
- Diagnose and repair any faults
- Replace parts where necessary
- £20 per 15 minutes labour charge after initial 30 mins included in call out fee.
